Delivery

We are now using Royal Mail Tracked for all deliveries.

You will receive an email confirmation when you place an order. We ship orders within 1-3 working days of an order being placed. You will receive a despatch confirmation email with the tracking details once your order leaves us. We only deliver within the UK.

Returns & Refunds

We hope that you'll be thrilled with your products when they arrive but if anything isn't right we are on hand to help.

You can return any unused product ordered up to 7 working days commencing from the day after receipt of the products. You MUST notify us via email to sales@Bambu.co.uk and we will then confirm the address to return the product. We will refund any payment that you have already made upon receipt of the returned item within 28 days. Returns must be in its original packaging and condition.

The buyer is responsible for the delivery/return postage cost on all returned items. Unless the item/s is damaged/faulty, the customer will pay for return postage and packing.

If you return products by post, please ensure you package and label them properly so that they are not lost or damaged in transit. We recommend that you retain some proof of postage in the event that the products go missing, as products remain your responsibility and property until we receive them.
